Enterprise Policies

Guidelines for Professional Partnership & Excellence.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We value the time and commitment of both our mentors and students. To maintain the highest level of service, we enforce a strict 48-hour notice policy for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and forfeited.
  • One emergency rescheduling per 6-month term is permitted without penalty.
  • No-shows result in immediate session forfeiture and no makeup credit.

Income Protection & Refunds

JC Music Enterprise operates on a professional residency model. Our policy is designed to ensure stability and focus for both the business and the student.

  • All deposits and upfront package payments are non-refundable.
  • Starter Foundations packages expire 30 days from the first session.
  • Credit-for-future-services is not transferable between students.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. JC Music Enterprise is committed to protecting the personal information of our students and collaborators. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

  • Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary for enrollment, scheduling, and payment processing (Name, Email, Phone, and Billing Details).
  • Usage: Personal data is used solely for communications regarding your sessions, automated reminders via SMS/Email, and academic progress tracking.
  • Security: All financial transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard encrypted gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • Third Parties: We NEVER sell or share your data with outside marketing firms. Data is only shared with essential service providers (e.g., scheduling software or payment processors) to facilitate your sessions.

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a program at JC Music Enterprise, you agree to the following professional terms of service:

  • Professionalism: Students are expected to maintain a professional demeanor. JC Music Enterprise reserves the right to terminate the relationship if a student displays disrespectful or disruptive behavior.
  • Intellectual Property: All syllabus materials, proprietary exercises, and recorded session content provided by Paul Jerry Compere remain the intellectual property of JC Music Enterprise and may not be redistributed without written consent.
  • Subscription Terms: Mastery and Elite tracks are commitment-based. Early termination may result in a "breakage fee" equivalent to one month's tuition to cover administrative costs.
  • Liability: While we strive for musical excellence, results depend on the student's practice discipline. JC Music Enterprise is not liable for any personal equipment failure during remote sessions.
